It Was a Great April Fool’s Day!

Yes, just in case there was ANY question, the previous post was a complete and utter fabrication. Graveside Breakfast is NOT about to release an album called Born Every Minute (as in “a sucker is…”). We have not spoken to Jesse Lacey in about ten years (he probably doesn’t remember us anyway) and we have never met Skrillex, Peter Murphy, Wiz Khalifa (whose name I misspelled), nor Kellin Quinn (whose name I also misspelled). We do hope to release a full-length album some day, but it will not be this month. I can only hope Skrillex would remix our stuff, or Jesse would be willing to sing on a track or two, but I can also hope we win the lottery.
Furthermore, we are not currently expecting twins, triples, or even a singleton (the world breathes a collective sigh of relief), nor are we even remotely considering getting a divorce. We are still hopelessly in love with each other and plan on staying married, like, forever.
So, we BS’d you. ‘Tis the reason for the season! That being said, we WILL be playing at Sam Ash Open Mic Night on Wednesday, April 2, 2014 at the Broad Street store for the first time in months. It’s an even Wednesday as opposed to an odd one, but that’s because we will be seeing Simon Townshend next Wednesday. Wish I could say we’d be opening for him, but April Fool’s Day just ended, so I’ll stick with the truth.
Anyway, stay grimdark!
